Each jar includes natural loose parts for your child to explore, providing them with opportunities to explore their own creativity and curiosity. The possibilities are truly endless as your child discovers what’s inside each jar–perhaps a new door will open in their mind!
The jars are great for sensory play and motor skill development. They’re also a fun way to learn about the world around us as your child explores each jar at their own pace.
Jumbo Jars are 14.5cm in height and 11.5cm in diameter. They will contain at least 200g chickpeas, another tray base (e.g. pasta seaweed, pasta stars, dried moss etc) and a HUGE selection of plastic-free loose parts and wooden shapes.
SAFETY DISCLAIMER
This product is intended for an adult/caregiver to supervise the activity and play. The adult/caregiver must check the glass jar regularly for damage/sharp edges. Children should be supervised at all times when playing with the loose parts and not left unattended with the glass jar.
Loose part play sets are by their very nature functional everyday household items, and as such will not all have a UKCA mark. The Toy Safety Directive lists an exclusion from the UKCA marking requirements for “products intended for use for educational purposes in schools and other pedagogical contexts under the surveillance of an adult instructor.”
These products are not considered to be toys within the meaning of the Toy Safety Directive.

Our ChloDough™ is made from 100% food-grade ingredients – wheat flour, salt, water, organic coconut oil, cream of tartar, vegetable glycerine, food-colouring and scented with either food-flavouring or 100% pure essential oils (not to be confused with fragrance oils) For more information on each specific dough, please scan the QR code on the bottom of the tin.
If stored and cared for correctly, the dough should last for at least 6 months. Some customers have contacted me saying their dough is still going strong after nearly 12 months! Our sensory dough does not contain any artificial preservatives, therefore, this does mean the dough can go off if it is not stored correctly. It is important to wash your hands before playing with it to avoid bacteria contamination as this can cause mould to develop. If mould appears, please discard immediately.
When you have finished playing, it is important to always store it in the air tight container provided with the lid screwed tight and in a cool dry place.

If left out and it starts to go dry, don’t panic! Simply add a little oil (preferably coconut oil) and knead it until it softens – voila!
